Today we are going to make "Shahi Mughlai Chicken Korma" Induction is on, adding 2-2.

5 tbsp clarified butter in it Let it heat up Clarified butter is heat up, adding whole spices:- Bay leaf, Cumin Seeds, Star Anise, Cloves, Black Pepper pods Nutmeg, Cinnamon & Green Cardamom Let them fry, as soon they release their fragrance then we'll move on towards further processing.

Spices are releasing their fragrance adding chopped onion.

Mix it well Adding 1 tbsp Ginger – garlic paste Roast it well Adding 2 tbsp Cashew paste Also adding 2 tbsp Almonds Paste Mix it well Low down the induction flame and adding our chicken cubes.

Adding yogurt in it.

Time to add salt in it Also some chopped green chilli and little bit of water Mix it and cover it for sometime so that chicken get cooked completely.

Cook it and cover it for 5-6 mins.

5 mins has been passed, let's check out the dish What a fragrance !! Let;s check whether the chicken is cooked or not Chicken it breaking that means, its cooked.

time to add fresh cream Add 1 tbsp Fresh cream and mix it well Our recipe is completely ready, let's serve it Time to garnish the dish with chopped coriander leaves.

Chopped Almonds & Cashews So here we have our recipe " Shahi Mughlai Chicken Korma" is ready.
