You must have seen in my previous videos that I had made cutlet.
I've got a request to do this episode.
As in I've shared the recipe of mushroom but lot of people don't eat it.
So I've asked to share a recipe of a cutlet for non-mushroom eaters.
So today I've brought the recipe of another cutlet i.
T Radish Oats Cutlet.
For this we need 2 Grated Radish, Coriander leaves, oats Boiled and mashed potatoes, Ginger-garlic paste Pepper, Oregano, Asafoetida, this is optional.
In case radish is harmful to you, you can add asafoetida.
Our regular spices, Oil & frying pan.
We'll do shallow frying in this dish and let's get started with Radish Oats Cutlet.
Taking potatoes in a mixing bowl We have used 2 small potatoes & mash them properly with your hands Adding grated radish Carom seeds taste very good with radish, so we'll add little bit of it as in radish will become lesser.
Adding coriander leaves We'll add ginger garlic paste Oregano Pepper powder Little bit of asafoetida And last but not the least oats We'll add little bit of oats because we already have potatoes and radish into it.
Now we'll be using Red Chilli Powder Very little bit of turmeric powder & then salt to taste.
Mix it well Mix it with your hands I have mixed it very well.
Usually when we use, it leaves lot of water after grating it So you must squeeze its water completely with the help of a soft cotton cloth otherwise your cutlet will be watery & it won't bind.
Lot of people use semolina or bread crumbs for crispness but this time Since we have added oats in it, why not coat it with oats only So let's give it a little twist and let's do it.
Now we'll make its patties and will roll it into oats press it so that oats gets stick to it Here i have all the patties ready and we'll shallow fry them instead deep frying.
Oil is hot enough, now one by one we'll adding patties in t We have put it all the patties, let's fry it until its golden brown.
After 2 mins let's check whether they are golden brown or not Wow, this is amazingly done and we shall add some more oil in it So that it get brown from all the sides.
Here the oil goes & we'll let it get nice brown colour.
So I think it must be done, let's check it once.
Yes, its perfectly down and now we'll take this out one by one and very slowly.
So we have taken out all the cutlets and they are looking nicely crispy & brown.
Now we'll do the plating, let's take a plate Done.
So here we have our Radish Oats Cutlets ready.
This is really nice and smells good.
