Hello my dear Beauty-Fans and Beauty-Friends.
I am happy to see you again.
My guest today is Burcu.
Hello Burcu! Hello Beatrix! Burcu, you have a special question.
Would you like to frame it yourself? I'd love to! Well I would like to know how I can create bigger and fuller looking lips with your products.
Okay, well I would love to show it to you! Let's take a look into the camera together.
Everbody will see how beautiful you are.
And okay – I know what you mean.
Here – in the upper area – your lips are a little bit smaller.
There is a very simple trick.
You know what a lip contour-liner is, right? You use one.
It has a thickness of 1 or maybe 2 millimeters.
You start to apply your lipliner in the middle of your upper lip – where the "M" or the "heart" is.
And apply it directly on the contour.
Don't draw above the contour there because it will look fake otherwise.
From the peak of your upper lip you start to draw just above your lip line all the way down to the corner of your mouth.
The liner has to finish within the corner of your mouth.
If you you draw further then that it will look like you have a beart from drinking, you know? And on your lower lip, your lower is perfect by the way, because it is bigger than the upper lip and that's how it should be.
You just draw the liner on the your lower lip line.
After that you can apply lipstick.
Sometimes when you use a lipstick it can be a little insensitive especially when you are in a hurry.
So you could also apply the lipstick first and then draw the lines with the contour-liner.
That's another way to do it if you are not a professional.
The professionals normally use the liner first and then apply the lipstick with a brush.
They do it this way because they want to create a nice edge.
But this is not essential for you.
You can make it either way.
But there is another trick on top of that.
Have you heard of three-dimensionally painted lips? No, never before! Okay, well maybe it's going to be your new thing.
You know when you only use one lipstick color it is not three-dimensionally.
But you can create this when you paint the middle part of your lips with a lighter lipstick shade.
Or you can even use lipgloss to create a shiny look.
Because shine makes things look bigger.
For example if somebody has a full butt and wears a tight white skirt – it wont look to good.
But we exploit this effect and you can use it for the middle part of your lips.
You probably wont be making this at 6 o'clock in ther morning but you can perfectly wear it on a night out or something like that.
We will get down to action now and I or my assistant will show you how it's done.
You try it afterwords and we will film you in the meantime.
Alright! Well, first you can repaint the "M" or the "heart".
You just apply the liner on your lip line – don't draw above it.
And now you go all the way down from the "M" to the corner of your mouth.
No matter which side you chose, but try your left side first.
All the way down to the corner of your mouth.
Perfect! Make sure to finish it in the corner.
For drawing on your lower lip just smile it makes it easier.
You start in the middle of your lower lip and draw a nice line to each side of the corner of your mouth.
Very good! Great! The classical way is to draw the contour-lines first, which we just did.
Now you fill your lips with the lipstick.
The professional uses a lip brush.
You can also do it like this if your are a non-professional.
If this is to tricky for you, you can also apply the lipstick first and the liner afterwords.
But now we did it the professional way and I think it looks perfect! Now the 3rd step.
We are now creating the three-dimensionally lip.
We will use a very light yellowish lipgloss.
It also matches your eyes and will contrast with your lipstick.
The lipstick we used is called red.
And this now is the gloss.
You can apply it like I showed you.
Particularly for the middle bit.
You see it is realtivley easy to apply.
Burcu, how do you like it? Well I like it a lot.
Especially the trick with the lipgloss was great.
I am happy! Okay, well lets show the viewers which products you used: We used this lipstick called red as a basis.
We also used the matching liner, also in the shade called red.
And for the middle and to create the dimension we used the lipgloss called golddust.
I am happy I had the opportunity to show this technique on you.
And that you recreated it so beautifully.
May be we should look into this camera together so we can see the before and after shot.
See you next week! Bye Bye!.
